I’m passionate about communications that empower everyday people to take action and transform our world for the better. I turn complex policy and technical jargon into meaningful communications that help stakeholders plug in and get involved. I’m a seasoned communicator with 15+ years of experience across the government, nonprofit, and public relations sectors.

A Washington, DC native, I went to California for college (Pitzer Class of ‘10) and spent several years afterward in the Bay Area. Now back in the District, I’m an avid women’s soccer fan (go Spirit!) and love to garden.

Community is crucial. I enjoy volunteering alongside neighbors and local leaders focused on Black maternal health, native plants, and civic engagement. I’m always working to learn the names of the birds, trees, and flowers where I live and feel most at peace outdoors. My wife and I live in DC’s Capitol Hill neighborhood with our two cats.
